Accom Solutions was set up to work together with landlords and letting agents to provide solutions to ever growing issues in todays buy to let and rental market such as section 21 and section 24.
How we can help is by renting a property from a landlord or letting agent on a long term agreement generally 3-5 years.
All agreements come with break clauses and we can also look at shorter agreements to ease concerns that some landlords may have.
Having a long term agreement with just one tenant i.e Acomm Solutions can alleviate or avoid most if not all issues that landlords face such as having to serve a section 21, late payments, void periods, tenants moving out after a few months. Commuting back and forth to sign new contracts, referencing fees, and maintenance issues.
